We staff our help desk with a combination of skill sets and a variety of skill levels allowing all of our customers to receive quality service at first contact. CGMCC support staff are required to have at least one technical certification.
All user issues are entered into our system and assigned a priority based on a mutual agreement between the customer and CGMCC. We perform daily reviews of all open customer issues and provide timely feed back to insure that our customers are constantly kept informed of any outstanding issues.
